Growth Central offers organizational training courses in anger management and aggressive behavior management. Our training courses are developed Dr. Richard Pfeiffer and Dr. Anita Bohensky.

Our curriculum is customized to meet your needs using industry and company specific examples and organizational terminology. Such courses may be tailored for HR professionals in your company to improve their effectiveness in dealing with company employees or we may provide your company with group training on anger and aggressive behavior management, stress management, and communications. Based on our professional experience, training is most effective with audiences/groups of 6 to 30 people. Growth Central delivers specialized training in anger and aggressive behavior management on-site at your location. Depending on your business needs, training workshops may range from 1 day to multi-week in duration depending on the organizations needs.

• Anger and aggressive behavior management/Executive Coaching: With a focus on anger, stress, communication and/or maturity. We currently provide these services for a many Fortune 500 Companies.  Coaching can be provided in our offices or on location nationwide.

• Accelerated Anger and Aggressive Behavior Management Classes for Managers, Executives and Frontline Staff: Personalized 8-10 hour programs with client workbooks for fast results.

• Anger Management Provider Certification: Growth Central can also provide professionals with Anger Management Provider Certification by the National Anger Management Association (NAMA).

Richard Pfeiffer, M.Div., Ph.D.

Dr. Pfeiffer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Psychotherapist, and a nationally Certified Anger Management Provider. His psychological / theological training lay the foundation for his expertise in helping people work through their core conflicts. He is a Certified Pastoral Psychotherapist having graduated from the Blanton-Peale Graduate Institute (NYC).  He is a Fellow of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors (AAPC), and a Diplomate of the National Anger Management Association (NAMA).  An innovator in the development of Issue Focused Individual Psychotherapy and Emotion Focused Couple Therapy, Pfeiffer has provided psychotherapeutic services to individuals and couples for over twenty years.
